Frequently Asked Questions

How will I be informed of my child's day and school activities?

Endless Bounds staff will complete an electronic daily sheet for each child in our care from the moment they arrive to the moment they are picked up. This daily sheet will show the parents how their child ate for the day, potty/ diapering during the care, daily curriculum activities done, if the child has any type of accident or injury parents will be notified, items needed for the child will be noted and the opportunity to directly ask the staff questions. This will broaden our ability to communicate with families more effectively and efficiently. Any messages that our schools need to get out to families will also be done within the parental portal where you will receive these daily reports.

What is the Endless Bounds visitation policy?

We have an open door policy. Our facility should feel like a safe at home environment where families can come in and engage with staff and their children on a regular basis. We encourage family members to engage in classroom activities such as reading aloud to the class or joining us for a holiday/event party. The ability to feel comfortable with your choice to enroll your child in our facility is of utmost importance.

What items should I bring to school daily/weekly for my child?

Daily your child should have a comfortable pair of shoes to wear (age appropriate), bottles - labeled with first and last name along with the current date - infant food (if applicable), and a jacket weather permitting. Weekly you should ensure your child has a blanket labeled with their name (please no special blankets or stuffed animals as they could be picked up accidently and not returned) along with making sure they have extra changes of clothes as needed, diapers/pull ups and wipes to get through the week.

What are the hours of operation? And is Endless Bounds closed during the year?

Endless Bounds will be open Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm. Any late pick-ups will be charged an additional fee. Our school is closed for major holidays. These are listed in our family handbook. Endless Bounds does reserve the right to close on days of inclement weather if deemed necessary. We will do our absolute best to stay open but the safety of our students and families along with our staff is of utmost importance as well. We will notify parents if the school plans to close via phone calls, emails and text messages.

How do I pay program fees?

Endless Bounds requires families to pay tuition at a minimum of weekly for the week ahead. We do not accept cash or check payments and require a card to be placed on file for accounting purposes. Each family member will have a parent/guardian portal where you will have access to your billing information, means of payment and receipts for each transaction. Any payment not received before closing on the Friday prior to the week starting will have a late fee added to the tuition account. If the account is behind one week or more the child will not be allowed to attend until the payment is received in full.

Do you accommodate breast-feeding mothers?

We encourage any time spent with a growing infant or toddler. Our facility has a designated area that mothers and their children can go into to nurse while at the facility. So whether it's on your lunch break or before you head home we want you to know our school supports your choice. This area is also offered to our formula fed babies as well. Any time you can sneak away and spend a few minutes with your little one is a memory made and we encourage that any time you can.

How do we handle your child if they become sick in our facility?

Endless Bounds has a designated area for our children if they become ill while on campus. We have created a space where they can lay down outside of the classroom and relax until a family member can pick them up. This will not only lower the risk of spreading the potential virus but it will also offer the staff to continue to concentrate on the classroom as a whole while the ill child is also being tended to separately.
