Jessica Ealey
- 24 years' experience in Early Childcare
- Taking pride in providing an environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported
- Understanding that great leadership is what makes everyone successful, it makes everyone able to benefit from the environment and allows growth with each individual
- I understand how important a "village" is when raising a family and being a working parent
- I strive to be better than yesterday and grow for tomorrow
- As a mother myself I understand the importance of showing love and compassion to every child
- Person - how just a simple smile or hug can make a huge impact on a person's day and perspective on life
Fun facts
- I'm a big sports fan always cheering for the Atlanta Braves, Auburn Tigers- War Eagle, the Falcons & Bengals! And running my fantasy sports teams.
- I absolutely love the Gulf Coast (Pensacola- my birthplace & Gulf Shores) are my family's favorite vacation spot.
- Music is my de-stressor. So, I am always listening to music and always have it playing in our school!
- I love being apart of this growing community whether it be here at the school, at my church or meeting new people.

Karen Groff
Hi, I'm Karen Groff and will be the Director of Endless Bounds. My husband Jeremy and I have been married for 28yrs. We share two grown daughters Brittany and Hannah and love spending time with them. I have over 20yrs of experience in early childhood education. Working in both the classroom and administration side of childcare. I'm excited to be a part of this new journey with each of you and looking forward to growing Endless Bounds within our community.
